San Jose police served a search warrant at McDonalds residence Tuesday as part of an investigation over an alleged sexual assault. The paper reported the alleged assault took place at McDonalds home and did not involve McDonalds fiancee. The 49ers stuck with McDonald after he was arrested in August on charges of domestic violence, which were dropped on Nov. 10 due to insufficient evidence. The team, despite some criticism, allowed McDonald to continue playing during the investigation.
