Maybin: The whole getting fined for stepping out of the box. You get little fines and warnings for the whole time-limit stuff. Its bogus. You get like a warning, but its something natural, if youve been doing it for years. I mean, we voted on it, as a whole, but I think thats kind of bogus.Who is ultimately responsible for policing the game? Players, manager, umpires, league?
