DARTMOUTH, Mass. John Hannah Youth Jersey . -- Former NFL star Aaron Hernandez was involved in a scuffle with another jail inmate, but neither man required medical attention, a Massachusetts sheriff said Wednesday. The brief fight took place around noon Tuesday in a common area of the Bristol County House of Correction in Dartmouth, where only one inmate is supposed to be out of his cell at a time, Sheriff Thomas Hodgson said. Its unclear which inmate was the aggressor. Hodgson said jail staff are interviewing witnesses and reviewing surveillance video to figure out exactly what happened and determine whether disciplinary measures or even criminal charges are warranted. "It was very brief. The officers were right there and it was stopped within seconds, maybe a minute," Hodgson said. The jail is also reviewing procedures to figure out how the two inmates were allowed out of their cells at the same time. Hodgson did not release the other inmates name and said he did not know of any previous tension between the two men. "We dont know what, if any, relationship there was or has been at any point, either here or anywhere else," Hodgson said. Both Hernandez and the other inmate have been moved to other units until the investigation is completed. Hernandez, a former New England Patriots tight end, is being held without bail after pleading not guilty to murder in the death of 27-year-old Odin Lloyd. The Boston man was dating the sister of Hernandezs fiancee. Irving Fryar Womens Jersey . Louis Blues were workmanlike, methodical and -- most of all -- effective on Monday night. A Texas native, Fox chose Miami after four injury-hampered seasons for the Detroit Lions. "Im very comfortable with South Florida," he said. "I consider it a second home. But the main reason was the Miami Dolphins. Im so excited to be here. Their offensive line presents a great opportunity for me to come in and compete." The 6-foot-6, 314-pound Fox is expected to contend for playing time at either guard position or right tackle. The Dolphins will likely have new starters at all three spots as they revamp their offensive line, which endured a dismal 2013 season both on and off the field. The unit became the focus of the teams bullying scandal. "Everyy athlete wants to be a starter," Fox said. Drew Bledsoe Youth Jersey. "There are some openings in this offensive line, and I came here to give it everything I have and earn a starting job." At a minimum, the Dolphins anticipate Fox will give them some much-needed depth. "Jason has been a quality player," general manager Dennis Hickey said. "Hes a guy who brings passion, commitment to the game and toughness." Fox made only three starts with the Lions, all last year at right tackle. He played in eight games in 2013 and was slowed by groin and knee injuries. He had a foot injury in 2011 and didnt play all season. "I started 47 straight games at Miami," Fox said. "I had some bad luck early in my NFL career, but thats over. I feel 100 per cent healthy." Fox was a fourth-round draft pick by the Lions in 2010. ' ' '
