NEW YORK -- The Chicago Cubs placed outfielder Chris Coghlan on the disabled list with a rib cage injury Sunday and called up Jeimer Candelario from Triple-A Iowa to replace him on the 25-man roster.Coghlan, who has been dealing with discomfort in his rib cage for several days, started for the Cubs in right field Saturday night. He flied out in his only at-bat before being replaced by Ben Zobrist.
