The tape retention test machine is suitable for the adhesive tape retention test at room temperature. The tape is glued to the test board, and the time that the tape can be held under the specified load is automatically counted to confirm the aging of the tape adhesion. When the tape falls from the steel plate When falling behind, the timer automatically keeps the test time, which is used to evaluate the durability of the adhesive tape.
How to use the tape retention test machine:
Step 1: Cut the sample. Cut the tested sample to a width of 25mm and a length of 75mm. Note that there should be no burrs on the edges of the sample during cutting.
The second step: cleaning the retention test steel plate, we need to wipe each test steel plate with a dust-free cloth bonded with alcohol, and wipe it with a clean dust-free cloth after the alcohol is dry.
Step 3: Fit the test sample, we glue the cut 25mm sample on the holding force steel plate, the sticking area is 1*1, which means that the fitting is a square of 25mm, and then use a 2KG rolling roller to roll back Twice, put the other end of the tape on the matching link piece of the machine and bind it with a binding machine to make sure that the adhesive part of the tape comes off first.
Part 4: Put the laminated product for 20 minutes and then hang it on the machine for testing. Hang the 1KG weight below, and the timer will start to count.
Step 5: Record the time when the product falls off. This time is the tape retention test time. We should fill in this time when we make the test report.
