I know you probably have heard it a thousands time before but diet is vital to adding muscle mass. If you do not have the correct type of protein in your body muscle building ceases as the required muscle tissue can not be constructed. Try to east as much chicken breast, whole eggs, organic dairy, tuna, salmon and whey protein as you can because these proteins contain nearly all amino acids.Your gym session should only last 30 to 40 minutes because any longer and you will cause your body to go into a catabolic mode.
