TORONTO - The status of Erie Otters forward Connor McDavid remained a question mark on the eve of the Canadian team selection camp for the upcoming world junior championship.McDavid, who hasnt played since breaking a bone in his right hand on Nov. 12, had his cast removed this week and is cleared for non-contact practice.
